I want to share something with you. It deals with packaged food and ingredients. This is the type of quinoa Derrick and I use. When you look at the ingredient list, you will see there are only three whole food ingredients. Three types of quinoa. No preservatives, no added flavorings, no extras at all.
My point of this is if you need to choose packaged foods like this choose ones that do not have many ingredients. Yes shopping may take more time since you are closely watching the labels but for our health it is worth time.
So check the labels because isn’t your overall health worth it?
